Women’s national football team of Morocco was defeated by Jamaica in a friendly on Sunday in Australia (0-1). This game is part of the team’s preparations for the 2023 World Cup, which will be held in Australia and New Zealand from July 20 to August 20.
The Atlas Lionesses had already played two friendlies earlier this month. The opening match against Italy, on July 1, ended in a tie (0-0), as did the second match against Switzerland, on July 5.
The women’s national football team will be competing in WC Group H, alongside Germany, Colombia, and South Korea.
