One hundred days after his reelection, 78% of the French populace are dissatisfied with Macron’s reign, as he has abjectly failed to meet his primary objectives and electoral campaign promises, according to the odoxa-backbone survey launched by Le Figaro.
The latest riots show that the main three components comprising his campaign platform–in the fields of labor, justice, and the national social services for which the nation is so widely respected and ridiculed, depending on the political slant of the critique–have all failed.
More than four out of five French citizens say that Macron has not even embarked on these projects yet.
Furthermore, almost 65% of the French citizenry think Macron should ditch his Prime Minister, Elisabeth Borne.
According to the poll, only two ministers escaped criticism: Sébastien Lecournu, Minister of the Army, and Bruno Le Maire, Minister of the Economy.
The presidential silence during the French national holiday on July 14th displeased the French, as it broke a long-standing tradition. Six in ten were unhappy with this development.
None of Macron’s actions have progressed according to the French: Almost seven in ten say that the re-industrialization project is still at ground zero; 70% claim that the fight against tax and social fraud has not progressed; and 81% see that justice and order are not up to expectations.
In addition, general consensus dictates the same perception regarding Macron’s molasses-in-January-like motivation to initiate health care, educational, and environmental reforms.
