Nexans Morocco Organizes Climate Challenge Contest

Nexans Morocco plans to organize the 1st edition of the “Nexans Climate Challenge” to bolster climate innovation by recognizing the most outstanding initiatives in this sector, said the company in a release.
The competition is open to all project holders, whether in corporate or academic fields, as well as start-ups, which are creating innovative climate change solutions.
Candidates can propose ideas in one of four categories: renewable energy, energy efficiency, sustainable transportation, and circular economy.
A jury of specialists from Nexans and the energy and climate ecosystem will assess projects based on numerous factors, including environmental effect, creativity, economic viability, and practicality.
The “Nexans Climate Challenge” winners will get financial support as well as the opportunity to work with Nexans on future initiatives promoting the development of new sustainable solutions.
The winners will be announced in September during the fourth edition of Nexans Climate Day.
