Morocco’s futsal squad qualified, alongside the Kuwaiti team, for the final of the Arab Futsal Cup on Wednesday in Jeddah (KSA).
This qualification came after Morocco defeated Libya (5-1) in the semi-finals to face Kuwait in the final scheduled on Friday. Kuwait had beaten Algeria (3-2) in the second semi-final.
The 7th edition of the Arab Futsal Cup brought together teams from Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Egypt, Libya, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Algeria, Palestine, Mauritania, Comoros, and Tajikistan.
Morocco was the Cup holder for the last two consecutive years.
