Royal Navy Catches 3.5 Tons of Drug off Mehdia

The Moroccan Navy coastguard seized, on Monday, over 3.5 tons of cannabis resin in the coastal waters of Mehdia (northwestern Morocco).
The Navy arrested 6 drug smugglers, one of whom is of Spanish nationality, said a military source.
The equipment and illegal substance were impounded and delivered to the royal gendarmerie of Mehdia, as per the routine procedure.
