Six crew members were rushed to the hospital following an explosion during the filming of Gladiator 2 in Morocco earlier this week, reported British newspaper “The Mirror” on Friday.
Stars including Paul Mescal and Denzel Washington were allegedly around when the incident took place in the Sahara desert in Morocco and “watched on in horror”.
According to “The Mirror”, a huge ball of fire flew up and caught the crew members in its path.
It added that the incident is a serious accident.
Gladiator 2 was slated to open in cinemas in November of this year.
