A forty-year-old Moroccan–working seasonally in the agricultural sector–died Monday when the bus in which she was riding overturned in the Huelva province of Almonte municipality (southwestern Spain).
The bus had been carrying 34 workers, 24 of whom were injured, including seven critically. Affected passengers were hospitalized in Huelva and in Seville. The Moroccan Consulate in Seville provided assistance to those affected.
An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the accident.
