Over 50,000 people visited the 58th edition of the International Aromatic Rose Festival in Kelâat M’Gouna (southern Morocco).
The event took place under this year’s theme, “Green Generation Strategy: The Aromatic Rose Sector, a Lever for Local Development,” and was chaired by Minister of Agriculture Mohamed Sadiki.
The festival featured more than 100 stands, including an institutional space–a showcase dedicated to the fragrant rose sector and various other local products–while another exhibition highlighted the region’s vast array of agricultural commodities.
The closing day of this fair was marked by a multi-disciplinary commercial/technical seminar on agricultural investment, with particular emphasis on agrarian opportunities in the Drâa-Tafilalet region.
On the opening day of this event, prizes were awarded to the best farms and recovery units in the Mgoun area.
