Morocco was ranked among the biggest importers of Russian diesel in March, according to Russian analytical agency Naans-media.
Russian news agency Sputnik said that Morocco’s imports accounted for 12% of all Russian diesel deliveries. Tunisia represents 10% of the imports and Algeria 8%.
In total, the three Arab countries imported 30% of the Russian fuel.
The largest volume (33%) was purchased by Turkey.
“Russia has thus been able to form stable flows of oil product deliveries to countries considered friendly or neutral,” said Sputnik.
