Morocco lifted, on Wednesday, the travel restrictions on travelers from China meant to curb the spread of the pandemic, wrote the Moroccan embassy in China on its Facebook account.
Since April 5th, 2023, restrictions to accessing the Moroccan territory were lifted for all travelers from the People’s Republic of China, said the embassy.
The Moroccan authorities decided on Jan. 3 to deny entry to travelers coming from China, due to the rise in Covid cases in the Asian country.
The decision was meant to avert the surge in contaminations in the Kingdom.
