Former US President Donald Trump flew from Florida to New York on Monday in preparation for his indictment by a Manhattan grand jury on Tuesday, said Reuters.
Trump has been charged with making hush money payments to former adult movies actress, Stormy Daniels, before the 2016 elections.
Trump, the first former president to face criminal charges, is scheduled to be summoned, fingerprinted, and photographed at a Manhattan courthouse.
His attorneys have stated that he will submit a not-guilty plea.
Protests are anticipated at Trump Tower and the Manhattan Criminal Court.
