Argan oil’s gastronomic and cosmetic benefits have been highlighted, Monday, by Chef Prisca in her show “La Vie Ici” on French Radio RFI.
Chef Prisca had just returned from Taghazout Bay gastronomical meeting held in Agadir.
The Argan tree exists in its natural state only in Morocco and grows only in the area between Essaouira and the anti-atlas (Western Coast).
The Chef presented details connected to the Argan oil from the harvest of seeds to oil extraction.
The Argan tree was classified in 1999 by UNESCO as a biosphere reserve.
