A Moroccan parliamentary delegation attended, on Mar. 19-20 in Moscow, the 2nd Russia-Africa Parliamentary Conference, held under the theme: “Russia and Africa in a multipolar world”.
The delegation was composed of Morocco’s ambassador to Russia Lotfi Bouchaara, 1st vice-president of the lower House Mohamed Sabbari, and member of the Upper House Jamal El Ouardi.
