Police services arrested, Wednesday in Safi (Western Morocco), an ISIS-affiliated extremist who was allegedly preparing a terror plan aimed at undermining public order.
Investigations showed that the suspect swore allegiance to the ISIS leader, so called “Amir”, said the Judicial Investigation Bureau (BCIJ) in a statement.
The terrorist was actively identifying his individual targets among civil servants.
The police seized at the suspect’s house a video in which he expressed his intention to join ISIS fighting camps.
