Police services arrested, Monday in Fnideq (northern Morocco), a man aged 36 over the suspicion of possession and sale of equipment used in illegal immigration via sea routes.
The suspect was nabbed at his house in the Al Amal neighborhood in Fnideq during a police operation, said a security source.
Policemen seized 49 Kayak boats, 18 tarp covers,16 small-sized inflatable boats, 11 inflatable sea wheels, paddles, rescue vests, and waterskiing equipment.
The suspect was remanded in police custody to complete the investigation, under the competent prosecution.
