East Jerusalem Hospital Network (EJHN) praised King Mohammed VI’s support for the Palestinian cause and the preservation of Palestine’s Arab-Islamic civilizational heritage.
The network includes the charitable hospitals “Al Makassed Al Khayria”, “Augusta Victoria- Al-Mutala”, “Mar Youssef – Al-Fransawi”, Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS), and the Arab Health Center clinics.
In a letter, the chairpersons of the hospitals lauded the Moroccan medical staff’s operational, technological and professional abilities.
“We are thrilled by your kindness and compassion, which boosts faith in our common destiny and brighter future,” they said.
During a visit to the Kingdom from February 20 to 27, a Palestinian medical team was briefed on the growth of Morocco’s health system, with a view to the social security generalization.
The delegation attended a symposium on the emergency and relief system as well as the signing of an agreement with the Bait Mal Al-Quds Agency for the establishment of a unit to monitor, coordinate, and follow up on emergency cases in Al-Quds.
It also held a series of meetings with officials from the Ministry of Health, the Agency and the National Order of Physicians.
