The National Maritime Authority (AMN) recovered, Wednesday in international waters south of Portugal, 3.7 tons of cannabis resin, and arrested two Spaniards and two Moroccans.
The boat, carrying the suspects, was wedged by the Portuguese Maritime Police and Air Force while combing the area.
The police found the drug packed into 106 bundles.
The suspects were remanded in custody to complete the investigation.
