The Health Ministry announced Monday that the daily COVID-19 bulletin will no longer be aired on national media and will be replaced by a weekly bulleting broadcast on Friday.
The Ministry explained, in a release, that this change is part of the updated health protocol, under the Moroccan anti-Covid plan, following the improvement of the epidemiological situation in the country.
This decision was taken pursuant to the recommendations of the National Scientific Committee, it said.
The Ministry is still advising social distancing, mask wearing and vaccines, especially for the elderly and chronically ill.
