French radio station “Sud Radio” joined many media outlets excoriating president Emmanuel Macron as his numerous political blunders are making his frigid bonds with his once African allies, especially Morocco, beyond thawing.
Speaking to the French news outlet on Friday, editorialist Guillaume Bigot put forward the tactless diplomacy let by Macron which resulted in his humiliation by Morocco and tarnished France’s credibility internationally.
Bigot slammed the French head of state for being delusional, believing that relations with Morocco are very friendly, while the Kingdom is stating the opposite.
The French journalist said that Algeria recalled its ambassador in Paris as did Burkina Faso, and the French ambassador was expelled from Mali. On the other hand, France withdrew its ambassadors from Turkey, Washington, Canberra and Rome.
Macron is feuding even with his long-standing allies. France’s dominion over Africa has ended as Macron has made the breakthrough of infuriating both Morocco and Algeria, he added sarcastically.
The president also succeeded in upsetting Russia and Ukraine at the same time, knowing that they are rivals. He did the same thing with Trump and Biden, he noted.
This applies also to the French-German cooperation which was the engine driving Europe before Macron brings it to a standstill, Bigot pointed out.
The credit of all those ACHIEVEMENTS goes to the contradictory personality of Macron who tends to say one thing and do the opposite, he said smirking.
Macron does not commend respect, as simple as that, he concluded.
