The Mohammed VI Football Academy is organizing the 5th edition of its U19 International Tournament, from Feb. 21 to 24, featuring 12 teams from around the world.
The tournament will include four groups made up of three teams each, with the top two advancing to the quarterfinals.
The Mohammed VI Football Academy and Fath Union Sport from Morocco will compete in this tournament, in addition to PSV Eindhoven and Feyenoord Rotterdam from the Netherlands, Real Madrid and Real Sociedad from Spain, Olympique de Marseille, Olympique Lyonnais, and Racing Club de Strasbourg from France, l’Académie Génération Foot from Senegal, Royal Sporting Club Anderlecht from Belgium, and Rangers FC from Scotland.
The Mohammed VI Football Academy, which covers an area of 18ha, was built and equipped in accordance with European professional training standards. It is worth140 Mln MAD.
The Academy was constructed upon the King’s instructions with the goal of offering Moroccan youth the ideal conditions to enhance their athletic skills and progress in Morocco’s and Europe’s leading football clubs.
