The audience of Rabat was mesmerized by Flamenco Show “Primera Muestra de Flamenco Marroquí”, which took place on Saturday night at Bahnini Hall.
The dance company performed musical pieces that took the public in a unique musical journey.
The colorful, must-see show, performed by twelve talented young Moroccan artists, offered the audience a glimpse at the beauty, might, and magic of this centuries-old Spanish art.
The event was organized by Spanish Cultural Institute “Cervantes” of Rabat, in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication.
In a statement to the Moroccan news agency, José Maria Martinez, director of the Spanish Cultural Institute “Cervantès”, stressed that flamenco has been present in Morocco for many years, noting that “the Institute wishes to further promote this art throughout the Kingdom”.
