Morocco-Germany Trade Reaches 4.9 Bln Euros in 2022

Morocco-Germany bilateral trade amounted to 4.9 billion euros in 2022, said German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Morocco “AHK Maroc”.
Morocco ranked 57th among Germany’s economic partners, topping Tunisia and Algeria.
The statement said that German exports to Morocco rose to 2.8 billion, a 30% rise in 2022.
Moroccan exports to Germany rose by 32% in 2022, corresponding to a value of 2.1 billion euros.
According to Andreas Wenzel, General Manager of AHK Morocco, Indonesia and Vietnam rank higher than Morocco, but it is still conceivable for Morocco to crack the top 50 by 2023.
