French Foreign Ministry agreed, Wednesday, to pull all its troops out of Burkina Faso within one month, according to French news outlets.
France confirmed that the Burkinabè government sent Tuesday a written request asking for the departure of the French troops. The French government accepted and said that it will respect the terms of the agreement between the two countries.
400 French special forces are deployed in Ouagadougou to battle Islamist insurgency.
