The revenues of TotalEnergies Marketing Maroc witnessed a significant drop of 40% in 2022 compared to the year 2021, due to oil price hike, said the company on Monday.
The notable fall in sales margin also led to a decrease in net corporate income in 2022, it added.
Positive inventory in the first half of the year and the company’s commercial strategy partially mitigated the impact.
TotalEnergies Marketing Maroc is a branch of French multinational TotalEnergies SE. It is a major stakeholder in the market of petroleum products.
