Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said, on Monday in Madrid, that the new Morocco-Spain roadmap, which was adopted last April during his visit to Morocco at the invitation of King Mohammed VI, lays a solid foundation for bilateral cooperation.
This new phase in relations between the two countries will also strengthen “mutual trust”, said Sanchez who was chairing the 7th Conference of Spanish Ambassadors Accredited Abroad.
Sanchez also emphasized the importance of stability in North Africa to forge ahead with a more prosperous cooperation, adding that “stability and security in our southern neighborhood must remain a top priority.”
