King Mohammed VI sent a message of condolences to Macky Sall, President of the Republic of Senegal, following the tragic road accident that occurred in the Kaffrine region (Central Senegal).
In his message, the Sovereign extended his heartfelt condolences and sincere compassion to Macky Sall and the friendly Senegalese people. The Monarch also wished quick recovery to the injured.
Two buses collided in Sikolo (Kaffrine region) on Sunday, leaving 39 dead and dozens injured.
President Macky Sall declared three days of national mourning starting Monday.
