Casablanca’s new health center “Bin el-Ouidane”, totaling over 23 million dirhams, started on Thursday dispensing health services for a population of 400,000 inhabitants.
The center was constructed over a surface area of 2,465 m2. It includes facilities for the diagnosis of tuberculosis and respiratory diseases, palliative care and pain treatment, as well as young adult and adolescent health.
The facility includes medical, nursing, and technical staff mobilized to assist patients. They are mainly specialty doctors, general practitioners, dentists, and nurses.
The Center offers medical consultations, monitoring of maternal and child health, monitoring of chronic diseases (such as diabetes and blood pressure), nursing treatments, as well as health education and awareness.
