The Moroccan Real Estate Agency (ANCFCC) chipped in 4 billion dirhams in the State’s budget for the year 2022, according to a press release by the body in charge of cadastral management.
During its second board of directors for this year, held Thursday, head of ANCFCC Karim Tajmouati surveyed the accomplishment of the body, mainly receipts exceeding 8 billion dirhams, a 14% increase in application registration to reach 183,360 processed applications, and a rise of 8% in the establishment of land and property titles, which means 366,240 of such documents, including 148,500 in the rural area (a 16% rise).
The press release noted an upward trend in registered lands and issued certificates.
Tajmouati also presented the 2023 budget and action plan, which were later approved. They are based on increasing the rate of real estate registration mainly in the rural zone, and the implementation of the agency’s strategic projects planned by 2025.
These projects concern ameliorating the agency’s digitization, boosting the process of dematerialization and economic cadaster, and improving services for citizens.
