The National Port Agency is expecting the port traffic to recover and return to its upward trend by 2023, reaching a total of 93.6 million tons, which means an increase of 3.3 percent.
A statement from the Ministry of Equipment said that the Agency’s Board, which convened to approve the budget for the year 2023, discussed investments over the 2023-2025 period totaling 2.6 billion MAD, including 833.7 million MAD for 2023.
The number of transactions is expected to exceed 2.2 billion MAD, achieving an increase of 4.6 percent compared to 2022.
