Mikhail Bogdanov, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs, announced that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is scheduled to visit Morocco in January 2023.
This visit is part of two trips on Lavrov’s agenda for Jan-Feb. He will be visiting 8 other countries.
The visits might be extended to other Arab Countries, especially North African ones.
According to Bogdanov, the visit is aimed at furthering the Russian-African multi-faceted cooperation.
