Police reported that one person died and five others were injured in a shooting that occurred on Saturday night at the Atlantic Station, Atlanta.
Police said that, at about 8 p.m., a quarrel on the 17th Street bridge turned violent, resulting in the death of a person aged between 15 and 21. The police also stated that a group of juveniles was escorted off of Atlantic Station property for unruly behavior and curfew violations.
A spokesperson for Atlantic Station told the media that: “Atlantic Station Security is working with APD on this matter and has indicated there is no active threat to the property.”
