11 passengers died and 43 others were injured when their bus skidded and overturned, on Tuesday, six kilometers from the city of Taza (northeastern Morocco).
According to local authorities, the Royal Gendarmerie and Civil Defense Service rushed to the incident’s location and transferred the injured to the Taza Regional Hospital to receive the necessary healthcare.
An investigation was opened by the Royal Gendarmerie under the supervision of the competent Public Prosecutor’s Office to determine the causes of the accident.
