The National Police (DGSN) and the Directorate General for Territorial Surveillance (DGST) started on Monday, in partnership with Abu Dhabi Police, the implementation of the bilateral cooperation program on police training and expertise sharing.
According to a DGSN statement, the said cooperation includes a visit exchange program for police officers and joint training courses in areas related to fighting crime, maintaining public order, and using technology by police services.
The cooperation program also includes the organization by the DGST of specialized training courses on intelligence, given Morocco’s outstanding experience in counterterrorism and transnational crime fight.
Under this partnership, the Royal Institute of Police (IRP) will hold, starting Monday, a two-month specialized theoretical training course on crime control.
