King Mohammed VI sent a message of condolences to Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Republic of Turkey, following the terrorist attack that targeted Taksim square in Istanbul.

The King offered the bereaved families, and all the Turkish people, his sincere condolences, praying that God gives them patience and solace. The monarch also wished the injured a speedy recovery.
The king condemned in the strongest terms this cowardly attack and voiced Morocco’s solidarity with the sister nation of Turkey.
