On the occasion of Eid Mawlid Nabawi (the birth of the prophet Mohammed), and following its custom for more than five centuries, the Ismaili capital Meknes transformed into a shrine for thousands of visitors, gathered all together, elders and children, men and women, hand in hand to live this spiritual day and enjoy the Moussem of “Sheikh Al-Kamel”, a festival that brings travelers to the heart of the shrine from various cities and villages of the Kingdom.
